The Cortex is made up of two parts: a knowledge base and a hosting and domain billing platform. The knowledgebase consists of questions and answers organized by topic. Questions can include ideas, tips, or any other question. We have populated it with commonly asked questions and solutions and will keep adding over time.
The Billing Platform is designed to provide a complete self-service support option for our customers. You can pay for or renew hosting or domain registrations If you get stuck or can't find an answer, then submit a ticket and we will action it as quickly as possible.
