Final product transfers to client upon full payment of all fees and costs.

Left Brain Solutions reserves the right to display all client projects in our gallery after client review and authorization (confidential information will not be shown).
3. A security deposit of 40% is required with clients approval prior to commencement.
In certain cases (where the client requires multiple tasks i.e. multiple prints and hosting all at once) the client will be required to also pay printing or hosting costs as well.

Fee quote includes initial quote and examples;
additional examples or revisions to quote are made at $40 each. -
Fee quoted includes finished quoted product, changes necessitated by client revisions and/or additions following approvals at each stage (examples, work in progress, layout, comps).
Changes requests that include unforseen Labour other than for Designer's error, are billed additionally at Left brain Solutions hourly rate.
6. All content for your project; Text, Images, sound, etc. are to be supplied by the agreed “Milestones“ or deadlines.
7. Work on your job will not commence/proceed until all “Milestone“ or deadline content has been received.
8. Fees quoted are based on work performed during the course of regular working hours. Overtime, rush, holiday, and weekend work necessitated by Client's directive is billed in addition to the fees quoted.
9. All fees and costs are estimated. Changes in scope of work and/or project specifications will incur additional costs or require a revision of the information provided on quote.
10. The information contained in this Quote is valid for thirty days. Quote approved and signed and deposit paid by the Client are binding upon the Designer and Client commencing on the date of the Client's signature.
11. The Designer's ability to meet deadlines is predetermined upon the Client's provision of all necessary information and approvals in a timely manner.
12. Unless both parties make alternative arrangements. Extended timeframes due to clients failure to deliver content or requirement requests for the further development of work, where Left Brain solutions is waiting for over 30 days, will result in an additional 30% deposit due to be paid before any further works take place.
